I couldn't pick just one. Pearl loves "her baby." She adopted him the minute we brought him home. She doesn't like other dogs around him (although she's beginning to trust Seamus), she hovers whenever anyone holds him who she isn't used to, and she'd give him face kisses for hours if we'd let her. Oh, and she looks at us very accusingly whenever he's poopy, as if she would have him changed already.
Ike has started noticing her, and smiles and talks to her. Except when she licks his face too many times — that's yucky.
