It's not so bad. I can't tell how much damage to the roof the trees actually did, but all in all, it could have been much, much worse. You can see from all the trees that are down how many trees there actually were around the house. I guess it's not technically in a wooded area anymore.
Karl had some friends take these when they went back to Slidell. It looks like people aren't having too much trouble getting in now.
