It's aliiive!

We rented a device called a doppler to listen to and record the Donger's heartbeat. The machine is basically the same thing they use in the doctor's office—some form of ultrasound that doesn't get pictures. No, I don't know if it's the same thing they use to predict the weather. We estimate that it's about 150 bpm. I saw on TV the other day that 120-160 is normal, and last time we were at the doctor's office he said it was "nice and fast." So there you have it, all you doubters out there, there is, indeed, something alive growing inside me.
